Siguranţă şi rapiditate

Siguranţa constituie un factor important pe toate şantierele, mai ales în cazul platformelor de lucru. Platformele moderne trebuie să îndeplinească concomitent cerinţe de transport eficient dar şi un montaj rapid la faţa locului. KAB 190 este o platformă de lucru şi de protecţie adaptată situaţiei de pe şantier, cu podină integrată şi parapet rabatabil şi corespunde specificaţiilor DIN 4420.

Platforma de lucru KAB 190 poate fi utilizată la alegere: ca platformă de lucru sau ca platformă căţărătoare cu cofraj montat.

AVANTAJE

  • se ridică parapetul, se agaţă in macara şi se ridică mecanismul de blocare care se activează automat (gravitaţional) 
  1. nu este necesară montarea pe şantier; se poate utiliza direct din stivă

  • lăţimea platformei este de 1,90 m

  • agăţare cu sarcini mai mari de 3,0–6,0 kN/m²
  1. face posibil utilizarea ca platformă căţărătoare cu cofraje cu înălţimea de până la 4,25 m
  • pliată, are o înălţime de numai 25 cm
  1. la o înălţime a stivei de 2,10 m, se pot depozita opt platforme, adică se transportă şi se depozitează până la 28 metri liniari de platformă gata asamblată

Working platform KAB 190

Working platform KAB 190Zoom
190 cm wide working and safety scaffold with fold-up guard-railing and galvanized brackets for a fast assembly. The planks are 48 mm thick and protected at the ends. A platform with access hatch is available. Two (2) adapters and two (2) spacers are required per platform unit. Load capacity up to 6 kN/m² (600 kg/m²) depending on the type of suspension. When formwork (max. height 4,25 m) is put up, the suspension of the platform must be carried out with climbing cones and suspension shoes. Please observe Technical Instruction Manual.

Corner platform KAB 190

galvanized, permits adaptation to corner configurations (90° or 135°), each corner platform is connected to the next KAB-platform by means of an alignment rail.

Secondary platform KAB

galvanized, foldable, with planking (platform width 85 cm) and guard-railing. Allows for safe concrete cosmetics, when the KAB platform is applied with a formwork on top.

Loop adapter KAB

galvanized, to suspend a platform into suspension loops 10. Two (2) loop adapters are required per platform. They are attached to KAB-brackets with integrated pins 20/12.

Shoe adapter KAB

galvanized, to suspend a platform with suspension shoes KAB and climbing cones, e.g. when a formwork is put up. Two (2) shoe adapters are required per platform. They are attached to KAB-brackets with integrated pins 20/12.

Spacer KAB

galvanized, to hold the necessary distance between platform and wall at the bottom of the brackets, H20-girders can be attached to bridge wall openings. Each platform requires two (2) spacers, they are attached to the KAB-brackets with integrated pins 20/12.

Bracket extension 200 KAB

galvanized, to extend the bracket downwards by 2,00 m to bridge big wall openings up to a floor height of 3,65 m, in skeleton construction it can be connected to the slab below. A flange screw is additionally required.

Brace connector KAB

galvanized, to attach a push-pull prop R 460 as compression strut when applied with the bracket extension or the secondary platform KAB. It is attached to the bracket extension KAB with an integrated pin 20/12. For the upper connection of the brace a bolt M16x120 with nut is required.

Push-pull prop R

Push-pull prop RZoom
galvanized, guaranteeing tensile and compression strength. It serves as compression strut when applied with the bracket extension 200 KAB or the secondary platform KAB, is attached to the brace connector KAB with an integrated bolt (M16x100 + locking nut). For the upper connection of the brace a bolt M16x120 with nut is required.

Height adjustment 100 KAB

galvanized, permits lowering of KAB-platforms by 1,00 m when used as safety-catch scaffold beneath the eaves. Two (2) height adjustments are required per platform, they are attached to the KAB-brackets with an integrated pin 20/12 before flying the platforms. The required adapters (loop or shoe adapter) are attached to the height adjustment.

Side railing KAB

Guard-railing post 100 KAB

galvanized, for KAB corner platforms and as single post for side railings. A flange screw 18 is additionally required.

Extension for guard-railing KAB

M-alignment rail 180

Transport spreader KAB

Suspension shoe KAB

Climbing cone 15/M24

silver chromated, to provide a suspension point for the climbing scaffold. Load capacity depends on ties and concrete quality. Suited for anchor plate 15/120 or 15/170.

Conical sleeve

Suspension screw M24

black, SW36, with yellow chromated thrust ring. It serves to fixate the suspension shoe to the climbing cone.

galvanized, to attach the climbing cone to the forming face (4 drill holes of Ø 5 mm), the anchor plate has to be fixated additionally by wiring it to the rebars.

Combination spanner

Anchor plate
