Cofrajul pentru grindă

Pentru utilizarea independentă de sistem. Pentru asamblarea cofrajului pot fi utilizate atât riglele de lemn, grinzile H20 şi foaia cofrantă, cât şi panourile din cadrul sistemelor de cofraje ale pereţilor. Pentru grinzile prefabricate sau monolit de până la 75 cm. Sunt posibile mai multe variante de utilizare: UZ 40/30 fixat cu cuie pe H20,UZ 40/30 cu pană de fixare H20 respectiv clemă de suport 24 şi supraînălţare,UZ 40/30 cu piesă tensionare, riglă de fixare şi supraînălţare.

 

Formwork for concrete beams

Formwork for concrete beams
System-independent application. Either squared timber, wooden girders and plywood, or panels from the wall formwork systems can be used as superstructure. For precast or integrated concrete beams up to 75 cm. Possible applications: Trestle 40/30 nailed to H20-girders, Trestle 40/30 with wedge clamp H20 or beam clamp 24 and height extension, Trestle 40/30 with tensioning device, retaining rail and height extension.

Wedge clamp H20

Retaining rail

galvanized, to secure the trestle for beams 40/30, is attached together with the tensioning device beneath the cross beam (2 x H20).

Tensioning device

galvanized, to optimize the distance between trestles. It tightly connects the trestle for beams 40/30 and the retaining rail.

Height extension

galvanized, to extend the trestle for beams 40/30 in height. It is inserted into the trestle and adjusted to the required height of the beam, then it is secured with the integrated hammerhead screw.

Beam support

galvanized, is attached to the height extension with the integrated hammerhead screw and serves to support a wooden H20-girder or squared timber.

Railing clamp

coated, can be clamped to all kind of beams or free slab edges. Railing height 100, h = 100 cm, clamping length 45 cm. Railing height 140, h = 140 cm, clamping length 50 cm.

Forked prop head

galvanized, to support wooden formwork girders. It is attached to steel props (MD/ME) with a pin 14/90, or with a pin 14/135 to the aluminium outer tube of MEP-props. The forked prop head 20 is used with formwork girders H20, the forked prop head 16 with formwork girders H16.

galvanized, to position intermediate props beneath formwork girders H20, is attached to props (MD/ME) props with pins 14/90 and to MEP-props.

Pins

galvanized, to attach MD-drop heads, MD-prop heads, forked prop heads etc. to props. The pin 14/90 is used if connected to steel tubes (up to Ø 63 mm), the pin 14/135, if connected to aluminium outer tube of MEP-props or -extensions.

ME-prop

galvanized, complying with the European standard EN 1065 (class E). The adm. load capacity is 30 kN at all extensions. Depending on their application with MEVA systems the load capacity varies .

MEP-prop with SAS

MEP-prop with SASZoom
The MEP-prop is a combination of steel inner tube and aluminium outer tube with T-groove to attach reinforcing frames. The SAS quick-lowering system allows the stress in the prop to be released with one strike of a hammer. After stripping the prop automatically resets and locks in the original position. According to the European Standard EN 1065 (class E) the props have a load capacity of: MEP 300: 40 kN independent from the assembly position. MEP 450: 20 kN independent from the assembly position, if assembled with the inner tube downwards the load capacity increases to 30 kN. Depending on their application the load capacity varies (refer to Technical Instruction Manual for MevaDec).

MD-prop

Tripod

galvanized, auxiliary to stabilize props of Ø 48-80 mm. The revolving legs of the tripod allow using it right in the middle of a room as well as along the wall or in a corner. It is attached to the aluminium profile of MEP-props by means of a MD-safety claw.

Formwork girder H20

robust, all-purpose girder for different tasks. High load-bearing capacity with only low weight, approved by building authorities, adm. Q = 11 kN, adm. M = 5 kNm.

Z-connector 40

Z-connector 40Zoom
galvanized, to connect H20-stringers to H20-joists (flange height 40 mm). We recommend to use double-headed nails.
