Cofrajul pentru planşee - mese cofrante

Ideal pentru suprafeţe mari şi identice de planşeu

Dacă proiectul prevede faţade deschise, mai multe etaje şi etape de montaj asemănătoare, există posibilitatea de a economisi timp şi bani utilizând mese cofrante pe suprafeţe mari.

Pentru accelerarea activităţilor de construcţie, în cazul faţadelor deschise de construcţii, avantajul meselor cofrante de margine este următorul: cofrajul de margine, platformele şi dispozitivele de siguranţă sunt integrate şi pot fi mutate cu o singură manevră de macara. Toate combinaţiile cu alte metode de cofraj planşee (MevaDec, MevaFlex şi planşee cu predale) cât şi zonele de completare şi compensările pot fi realizate fără probleme.

Mesele cofrante se pretează întotdeauna pentru:

  • număr mare de utilizări
  • clădiri cu faţade deschise
  • planuri ce nu se modifică de la etaj la etaj

Din combinaţia între mesele cofrante cu dimensiuni standard (SDT) şi mesele cofrante cu dimensiuni speciale specifice proiectului (PDT), rezultă o soluţie eficientă din punct de vedere al timpului de lucru şi costurilor implicate.

Pre-assembled large-size slab tables made of H20-girders, available in different dimensions for slab thicknesses up to 50 cm. The stringers consist of two (2) H20-girders and two (2) folding prop heads to attach the props. MD-prop

MEP-prop with SAS

The MEP-prop is a combination of steel inner tube and aluminium outer tube with T-groove to attach reinforcing frames. The SAS quick-lowering system allows the stress in the prop to be released with one strike of a hammer. After stripping the prop automatically resets and locks in the original position. According to the European Standard EN 1065 (class E) the props have a load capacity of: MEP 300: 40 kN independent from the assembly position. MEP 450: 20 kN independent from the assembly position, if assembled with the inner tube downwards the load capacity increases to 30 kN. Depending on their application the load capacity varies (refer to Technical Instruction Manual for MevaDec).

Tripod

galvanized, auxiliary to stabilize props of Ø 48 mm to Ø 80 mm. The revolving legs of the tripod allow using it right in the middle of a room as well as along the wall or in a corner. It is attached to the aluminium profile of MEP-props by means of a MD-safety claw.

Pins
