Sistemul modular de popi pentru sprijinire laterală

Sistemul de popi Triplex este un sistem modular - unităţile alcătuite din componente individuale pot fi combinate în funcţie de necesităţi. Asamblarea se efectuează pe şantier.

Triplex R

zincat, pentru susţinerea şi alinierea cofrajelor înalte pentru diafragme şi stâlpi, începând cu o înălţime de cca. 6,00 m. Se livrează pe unităţi şi în felul acesta poate fi asamblat la lungimea necesară. Talpa pop 48 este montată din fabrică pe unitatea Triplex R 300 dreapta. Elementul de racordare pentru cofraj (articulaţia pop sau cleştele cofraj cu cuplă) trebuie comandat separat.

Triplex R

galvanized, to brace and align high wall or column formwork exceeding 6.00m. It is delivered in modules and assembled on site to the required length. The Triplex R 300 with right hand thread is provided with a foot plate 48, the formwork connector (formwork prop connector or assembly lock with coupling) have to be ordered separately.

Triplex intermediate piece R

galvanized, basic components of different length to make up Triplex R units, tube Ø 33 mm. Delivery includes the required connectors (hexagonal screws M16x40 and locking nuts M16).

Top unit 48

galvanized, with adjustable spindle (Ø 48 mm). To assemble a Triplex brace one (1) top unit 48 with left-hand thread and one (1) top unit 48 with right-hand thread are always required.

Formwork-prop connector

galvanized, to connect braces, brace frames and push-pull props (max. Ø 48 mm) to the multi-function profile by means of a flange screw 18. Delivery includes head bolt 16/90 and cotter pin 4.

Flange screw

galvanized, with Dywidag thread Ø 15 mm. To attach accessories (e.g. alignment rails, brace frames, push-pull props, etc.). Length of thread 18 cm (28 cm).

Foot plate 48

galvanized, incl. head bolt 16/90 and cotter pin 4. Particularly sturdy foot plate for heavy-duty props of up to Ø 48 mm, e.g. Triplex R.

Triplex SB

Triplex SB
galvanized, additional support for support frames STB 450 with height extensions 150 when single-sided walls of more than 6,00 m are formed. It is delivered in modules and assembled on site to the required length. It is delivered without foot plates or formwork-prop connectors, the height extensions 150 and the base extensions are provided with these connectors.

Triplex SB 630

Triplex SB 630
galvanized, assembled, adjustable range 5,90 m to 6,70 m. It is delivered as ready-to-use brace (not shown).

Triplex SB 780

Triplex SB 780
galvanized, adjustable range 7,40-8,20 m. It is delivered in modules and assembled on site. Delivery includes the required accessories for attaching (hexagonal screws M16x40 and locking nuts M16) (not shown).
