Înălţimi peste 12 m
Diafragma cofrată pe o singură latură prezintă cerinţe tehnice speciale pentru sistemul utilizat. Cadrul MEVA STB s-a impus în cadrul a nenumărate utilizări dificile, atingând limitele imposibilului – şi în cazul utilizării pentru diafragmele extrem de înalte. Spre deosebire de diafragmele cofrate pe două laturi, în cazul celor cofrate pe o singură latură întreaga presiune a betonului trebuie direcţionată din cofrare în construcţie, respectiv în fundaţie. Cadrele MEVA rezolvă problema sigur şi eficient prin intermediul unui sistem de ancorare încorporat în fundaţie, radier sau planşeu.
Cadrul de susţinere STB face posibilă cofrarea pe o singură latură pentru înălţimile diafragmelor de peste 12,00 m, pentru:

  • pereţi mulaţi
  • sprijiniri de maluri
  • ziduri de sprijin
  • tuneluri

Sistemul este caracterizat prin înălţimi de diafragmă de peste 12,00 m la un necesar redus de spaţiu de 2,45 m al STB 450. Cadrul poate fi utilizat şi ca susţinere pentru soluţiile speciale de cofrare.

Cross beam 300

coated, to link formwork and support frames by means of flange screws. It allows to build transport units. Weld-in nuts guarantee a spacing of support frames which is adpated to all MEVA wall formwork systems.

M-alignment rail 44

galvanized, in connection with support frames STB 300 it is used as tie-beam to transmit the forces from the support frame into the anchoring loops.

Height extension 150

coated, height 1,50 m. Serves to extend the support frame STB 450 by 1,50 m, even several times. For heights exceeding 6,00 m, Triplex braces SB and base extensions are additionally required, necessary connecting devices (bolts M20x50 and locking nuts M20 as well as bolts M30x150 and locking nuts M30) are included in the delivery.

Cross brace STB

Trolley waler
