Sistemul universal pentru suprafeţe mari

StarTec este un cofraj universal extrem de robust, foarte eficient, din oţel foarte durabil, utilizat pentru diafragme de dimensiuni mici dar şi mari. Prin combinarea supraînălţării pe verticală şi îmbinării pe orizontală rezultă un rost continuu pe verticală în orice situaţie de cofrare. Acest tip de cofraj este potrivit pentru activităţi alternative de construcţie în:

  • construcţii de case şi blocuri
  • construcţii industriale 
  • pentru suprafeţe mari
  • construcţii de infrastructură
  • construcţii speciale

Panouri

  • înălţimi ale panourilor de 270, 135 şi 90 cm, lăţimi ale panourilor de la 240 până la 20 cm; pentru montarea panourilor aflate în poziţie verticală şi orizontală

Presiunea betonului

Rama

  • ramă din profile închise, foarte durabile din oţel
  1. rigiditate sporită la torsiune, durată de viaţă sporită
  • Profilele de ramă MEVA sunt prevăzute cu două straturi. Baza o constituie o grunduire neagră anticorozivă. O protecţie suplimentară împotriva coroziunii este asigurată prin conservarea spaţiului gol al ramei cu ceară. Stratul roşu dintr-un praf sintetic special este aplicat printr-o procedură de vopsire în câmp electrostatic, crescând astfel rezistenţa la zgârieturi şi lovituri a ramei.

ST-panels

Construction height 12 cm, frame profile width 4 cm, two tie holes per panel height 270 cm. Absolute compatibility with AluStar panels. The frames of ST-panel frames are made of closed steel profiles and are torsion-proof, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean thanks to a state-of-the-art surface coating. ST-panels are standardly fitted with alkus AL 20 all-plastic forming face or AL 17. As an alternative, the panels can be delivered with a multi-layer plywood facing (18 mm or 15 mm). All-around grooves and AS-assembly locks guarantee a tight and perfectly aligned panel connection. Conical anchor sleeves are welded into the frames. Multi-function profiles permit an easy, fast and safe accessory attachment.

ST-stripping corner

ST-compensation plate

Stop end fixture 23/40

yellow chromated. To attach alignment rails to the panels when stop ends are formed, or it is used in connection with multi-purpose panels (EcoAs, StarTec) to form outer corners or abutments. It is suited for the frame profiles of EcoAs (23 mm) and AluStar/StarTec (40 mm). A flange nut 100 or an articulated flange nut 15/120 are required in addition.

Scaffolding bracket

galvanized, yellow, pluggable. It is used as working and safety scaffold, is attached to the multi-function profile and secured to the multi-function profile below by means of a flange screw 18. Bracket spacing depends on type of planking (see Technical Instruction Manual).

Brace frame 250

Folding access platform BKB 125

The 48 mm thick planking is protected at the front ends. Stacking height 17 cm, load capacity 2 kN/m². This platform is used with the formwork systems AluStar/StarTec and Mammut/Mammut 350.
