Cofrajul pentru diafragme

Mai înalt, mai rapid, mai eficient

Mammut 350 reprezintă noua dimensiune a cofrajelor de diafragmă, având o înălţime standard de 3,50 m şi simetrie absolută la ancorare şi rostuire. Elementul de bază are două înălţimi: 350 şi 250 cm şi se poate asambla pe orizontală sau verticală. Astfel, acoperă o suprafaţă de cofrare de 8,75 m².

Sistemul poate fi utilizat în:

  • construcţiile industriale şi civile
  • construcţiile speciale
  • construcţiile de locuinţe

Toate accesoriile Mammut 350 şi Mammut sunt compatibile.

Rezistenţa admisibilă la presiune a betonului proaspăt: 100 kN/m².

Orice viteză de betonare, până la o înălţime de 4m!

Panouri

Rama

  • ramă din profile închise, foarte durabile, din oţel
  1. rigiditate sporită la torsiune, durată de viaţă sporită
  • Profilele de ramă MEVA sunt prevăzute cu două straturi. Baza o constituie o grunduire neagră anticorozivă. O protecţie suplimentară împotriva coroziunii este asigurată prin conservarea spaţiului gol al ramei cu ceară. Stratul roşu dintr-un praf sintetic special este aplicat printr-o procedură de vopsire în câmp electrostatic, crescând astfel rezistenţa la zgârieturi şi lovituri a ramei.

Construction height 12 cm, frame profile width 60 m, three tie holes per panel height 350 cm, two tie holes per panel height 250 cm. The frames of M 350-panels are made of closed steel profiles and are torsion-proof, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean thanks to a state-of-the-art surface coating. M 350-panels are standardly fitted with alkus AL 20 all-plastic forming face. All-around grooves and M-assembly locks guarantee a tight and perfectly aligned panel connection. Conical anchor sleeves are weld into the frames. Multi-function profiles allow for an easy, fast and safe attachment of accessories.

Folding access platform BKB 125
