Cofrajul pentru diafragme

Mic & compact

EcoAs este un sistem de cofrare ramă, care poate fi montat manual, este multifuncţional, compact, fiind destinat utilizării la:

  • fundaţii
  • curţi de lumină
  • grinzi şi grinzi întoarse
  • centuri
  • rampe scări
  • ziduri de sprijin grădină
  • cămine de vizitare canalizare 

Toate elementele pot fi montate manual datorită modului compact de construcţie. Poziţia găurilor pentru tiranţi este avantajoasă şi atunci când sunt utilizate benzile de etanşare a rosturilor sau la mustăţile de armătură.

Panouri

 CARACTERISTICI

AVANTAJE

  • colţuri interioare şi exterioare de 90° şi colţ articulat cu dispozitiv de blocare pentru unghiuri frecvente, între 60° şi 180°
  1. toate configuraţiile de colţ pot fi realizate cu panouri standard
  • înălţimi ale panourilor de la 80 până la 240 cm, lăţimi ale panourilor de la 25 până la 80 cm; pentru montarea panourilor în poziţie verticală şi orizontală
  1. cofrajul care depăşeşte înălţimea betonului este întotdeauna mai mic de 40 de cm
  2. minimizarea zonelor de completare
  3. adaptare rapidă la geometria planurilor
  • panoul 120/80 cu foaie cofrantă alkus cântăreşte numai 33 kg

Presiunea betonului

  • rezistenţa admisibilă la presiune a betonului proaspăt (DIN 18218) pe toată suprafaţa 50 kN/m²
  1. betonare la înălţimea elementului, posibilă independent de reţeta de preparare a betonului, consistenţa betonului, condiţiile meteorologice si fără a se lua în considerare viteza de betonare
 

Rama

CARACTERISTICI

AVANTAJE

  • ramă din profile închise, foarte durabile, din oţel
  1. rigiditate sporită la torsiune, durată de viaţă sporită 
  • Profilele de ramă MEVA sunt prevăzute cu două straturi. Baza o constituie o grunduire neagră anticorozivă. O protecţie suplimentară împotriva coroziunii este asigurată prin conservarea spaţiului gol al ramei cu ceară. Stratul roşu dintr-un praf sintetic special este aplicat printr-o procedură de vopsire în câmp electrostatic, crescând astfel rezistenţa la zgârieturi şi lovituri a ramei.

Găuri de ancoraj, îmbinări ale panourilor

EA-panels

Construction height 10 cm, frame profile width 23 mm, three tie holes per panel height 300 cm and 240 cm, two tie holes per panel height 160 cm and 120 cm, centred tie hole at horizontal application.
The frames of EA-panels are made of closed steel profiles and are torsion-proof, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean thanks to a state-of-the-art surface coating. EA-panels are standardly fitted with alkus AL 17 all-plastic forming face.
All-around grooves and EA-assembly locks guarantee a tight and perfectly aligned panel connection. Conical anchor sleeves are weld into the frames. Multifunction profiles allow for an easy, fast and safe attachment of accessories.

EA-inside corner

EA-steel filler

EA-compensation plate

steel construction with steel sheeting, state-of-the-art surface coating. To compensate gaps of 6-20 cm, is attached to the panel with two (2) EA-assembly locks, alignment rails have to be used to bridge and align the panels with the compensation plate.

Dismantling auxiliary 120

diagonally divided timber filler, width 10 cm, height 120 cm, permits easy stripping in restricted areas (shafts, staircases etc.). Two (2) Uni-assembly locks 22 are required to connect the dismantling auxiliaries, alignment rails are used to reinforce these areas. Delivery and weight by pairs.

AS-alignment rail

galvanized, to brace panel joints for crane ganging, to bridge problem areas, to brace compensation areas and to build stop ends (with stop end fixtures). Is attached to the formwork with flange screws.

Stop end bracket

galvanized, to form stop ends, is suited for frame formwork panels with a profile width of 23 mm (EcoAs/AluFix) and 60 mm (Mammut/Mammut 350), max. wall thickness 75 cm.

Stop end fixture 23/40

yellow chromated. To attach alignment rails to the panels when stop ends are formed, or it is used in connection with multi-purpose panels (EcoAs, StarTec) to form outer corners or abutments. It is suited for the frame profiles of EcoAs (23 mm) and AluStar/StarTec (40 mm). A flange nut 100 or an articulated flange nut 15/120 are required in addition.

Timber fixture

Drive nut 60

galvanized, Dywidag thread Ø 15 mm, diameter of plate 60 mm, adm. load capacity 90 kN. It is used to anchor the formwork to the ground or a wall connection.

Spanner SW 27

Tie claw 23

Push-pull strut

galvanized, is attached above a panel joint, to stabilize EA-panels which are assembled in horizontal position and anchored at the central tie hole. Applicable for wall (foundation) thickness up to 70 cm.

Crane hook

coated, to move AluFix- and EcoAs-panels. Self-locking, load capacity 3 kN (300 kg). Always two (2) crane hooks required per gang. Please refer to Instruction Manual for application and safety test.

Transport angle

to stack and transport 5 -12 frame formwork panels. Distance between holes 10 cm. Max. load capacity = 10 kN per angle, for safety reasons consider 20 kN as maximum capacity for the whole stack. It is recommended to use two (2) foldable angles and two (2) angles of the rigid type for each stack.

Scaffolding bracket

galvanized, yellow, pluggable. It is used as working and safety scaffold, is attached to the multi-function profile and secured to the multi-function profile below by means of a flange screw 18. The planking can be mounted to the brackets. Working width approx. 90 cm (125 cm). Guard-railing post 100 or 140 is required in addition. Bracket spacing depends on type of planking (see Technical Instruction Manual).

Brace frame 250

galvanized, to align and brace the formwork. Available with or without formwork-prop connector, it consists of a push-pull prop R 250 (190-320 cm), a brace SRL 120 (90-150 cm) and a double-jointed footplate, the formwork-prop connectors are attached to the formwork with flange screws 18.

Foundation tape

galvanized, hole spacing 50 mm, hole Ø 16 mm, length 50 m, adm. tractive force 10 kN, to be cut at hole center. Together with the appropriate tensioner it serves as bottom anchoring when panels are assembled in horizontal position.
