Noua generaţie de cofraje de diafragme AluFix însumează toată experienţa pe care firma MEVA a acumulat-o în decurs de 30 de ani în fabricarea sistemelor de cofraje modulare. Sistemul este caracterizat printr-o durată lungă de viaţă prin calitate superioară şi este conceput special pentru domeniile de utilizare în care cofrarea trebuie să se desfăşoare fără ajutorul macaralei, respectiv în care trebuie cofrat în afara ariei de acţiune a acesteia. Manevrarea este facilitată prin intermediul profilelor închise uşor de manipulat care permit şi în condiţii de umezeală o desfăşurare a activităţii în condiţii sigure şi fără depunerea unui efort prea mare.

AluFix este sistemul de cofraj de diafragme uşor, ce nu depinde de folosirea unei macarale, cu un raport imbatabil calitate-preţ pentru:

  • construcţii de case şi blocuri
  • şantiere înguste, fără utilizarea macaralei
  • lucrări de consolidare şi renovare

Tehnică de calitate superioară:

Tehnică de calitate superioară: Cu profilul închis din aluminiu, vopsit în câmp electrostatic şi placa alkus din material sintetic având o garanţie de 7 ani, AluFix ocupă un loc fruntaş în domeniul cofrajelor manuale uşoare. În special acolo, unde nu este timp sau spaţiu suficient pentru macarale, AluFix obţine în numeroase obiective un rezultat de înaltă calitate:

Panouri

Presiunea betonului

AF-panels

Construction height 10cm, frame profile width 23 mm, three tie holes per panel height 264 cm. The frames of the AF-panels are made of closed 2-chamber aluminium ­profiles and are torsion-proof, easy to clean thanks to a plastic coating. AF-panels are standardly fitted with alkus AL 13 all-plastic forming face. All-around grooves and E-assembly locks guarantee a tight and perfectly aligned panel connection. Anchor sleeves are weld into the frames. Multi-function profiles allow for an easy, fast and safe attachment of accessories.

Crane hooks

Transport angle

to stack and transport 5 -12 EcoAs- or AluFix-panels. Distance between holes 10 cm, max. load capacity = 10 kN per angle, for safety reasons consider 20 kN as maximum capacity for the whole stack. It is recommended to use two (2) foldable angles and two (2) angles of the rigid type for each stack.

Scaffolding bracket

Bracket spacing depends on type of planking (see Technical Instruction Manual).

Brace frame 250
